GENERALYou may not trade/sell/gift any of my designs/characters that I've traded/sold/gifted to you to a blacklisted user.
Please do not commission me if you are a minor/under 18.
You may not 'age-up' characters/designs if they were made a minor/have extremely child-like features for NSFW purposes.
You are allowed to make NSFW art/literatures of my designs/characters if they are NOT a minor/have child-like features. That being said, you yourself must also NOT be a minor to do so.
You are allowed to take inspiration/reference/colour pick any of my OC's. You are NOT allowed to HEAVILY reference my OC's (i.e. take direct/multiple traits from them that makes them unique, colour pick their entire palette, etc.)Do NOT interact with me and/or my designs/characters if you:
- Support Trump/MAGA
- Support homophobia/transphobia
- Support racism/are racist
- Support zoophilia/pedophilia.
Do NOT trace my art. With permission from me however, you may line and/or colour sketches I've drawn for you.

PAYMENTSPayment must be made within 24 hours of making the purchase (once accepted), UNLESS you specify otherwise (i.e. don't get paid until a later date, putting an adopt on hold, etc.)Adopts can be put on hold for 48 hours.
Claiming an adopt and then backing out (including after winning an auction), will result in a 7 day blacklist. Doing so again will result in a permanent blacklist.
When purchasing an adopt, you're allowed to change the colours/outfits/hairstyles/etc. just as long as it still looks like the same character.You can NOT under any circumstance, commission art that is for hate speech, bullying/harassing, racist or homophobic/transphobic purposes (i.e. commissioning a trans or BIPOC character being murdered, r*ped, etc.) This will result in a permanent blacklist.
Please don’t ask me to reuse exact concepts for customs/get other people to make the same concept after you asked me to. I’ve had this happen in the past and it makes me feel like the custom I did for you wasn’t to your liking, so you get someone else to do it better. I know plenty of artists that feel the same way, so please just try and respect that!

REVISIONSOnce a sketch/WIP is sent, I will allow requests for changes to the pose/design/expressions/etc.
Excessive requests to change poses/design/etc. will come with a fee (i.e. say I have changed the pose 3 times and you ask again for the pose to be different, I will notify you of the extra fee).
After the final WIP is sent to you, I will allow MINOR changes/alterations to the illustration. Any large requests for changes will come with a fee.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERYAll commissions types will be started within 2 weeks of accepting/being paid, and guaranteed to be finished within 3 months unless stated otherwise (deadline is < than 3 months or I am sick/have been busy and stated your commission will take longer).
All commission illustrations will be delivered through email and/or discord/twitter. You will be sent both the original image file and the transparent version (if image is already transparent, ignore).

USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSI have the right to upload/publish any commissioned illustrations as use for my portfolio and advertising - UNLESS otherwise disclosed. Requesting that commissioned works be kept under an NDA will come with a privacy fee which is non-negotiable. Any commissioned works are within your right to reupload and use freely how you choose. You may NOT claim my works as your own or trace them. Doing so will get you blacklisted from using my works, commissioning me again or using/buying/obtaining any designs or characters of mine.

REFUNDSIf 2 weeks has passed since paying for your commission and you have not received any sketches/WIPs or updates, you may request for a full refund.
If the commission work has started and you have received updates, but the work has taken longer than 3 months or past your allocated deadline to be completed (UNLESS explicitly stated otherwise), you may request for a partial refund. The amount refunded will be determined by how far along I am in the commission (i.e. only initial sketch has been sent - 75%~ refund, almost completed - 15%~ refund, etc.)If you request for a refund AFTER the work has been agreed upon, completed and files have been sent to you - you will not receive a refund and will result in being blacklisted.
If I feel uncomfortable at any time, for any reason at all throughout the commission process, I reserve the right to decline the commission after it has been accepted and refund you. Amount refunded will be determined on how completed the commission is.

COMMUNICATIONAll polite and friendly communication at any time throughout the commission process is welcome!! You are allowed to bump/message for updates (However, please do not message me every single day, it can become annoying very quickly). It is easiest to contact me through my Discord or my Twitter. Please don't be afraid to ask any questions at all.
